Farhatun Noor Welfare Foundation is a non-political, non-profit, and charitable organization dedicated to sustainable development and the upliftment of underprivileged communities.
The foundation is officially sanctioned by the Ministry of Social Welfare, Bangladesh, and operates under the Registrar of Joint Stock Company (RJSC). In 2013, recognizing the significant social, economic, and health challenges faced by poor communities in Savar, Ms. Farhatun Noor initiated small-scale programs focused on education, healthcare, and awareness campaigns.
The foundation enhances socio-economic and health conditions by promoting income generation, comprehensive healthcare, education, vocational training, modern technology awareness, and good governance—all driven by community participation.
We urge society and the state to join us in our mission to grow and uplift humanity. Your support will drive positive change, creating a brighter, more sustainable future for all. Together, we can make a lasting impact.
Since 2018, Farhatun Noor Welfare Foundation has been working in collaboration with the Bangladesh Government’s Family Planning and Maternal & Child Health Services. This partnership aims to improve maternal and child healthcare, promote family planning awareness, and ensure better access to essential healthcare services for underprivileged communities.
Through this initiative, we strive to provide health education, medical support, and capacity-building programs to create a healthier and more informed society.
In 2024, Farhatun Noor Welfare Foundation successfully organized a Seminar on Annual General Health Care Program to raise awareness about maternal and child health, family planning, and primary healthcare.
The event brought together health experts, community leaders, and stakeholders to discuss strategies for improving public health services and ensuring better medical support for underprivileged communities.
This initiative reflects the foundation’s continued commitment to enhancing healthcare access and well-being for all.
In 2021, Farhatun Noor Welfare Foundation organized a Hand Wash and Sanitization Program aimed at promoting hygiene practices and disease prevention in local communities. This program was part of our broader effort to ensure health and safety, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through this initiative, the foundation educated individuals on the importance of hand washing, proper sanitization techniques, and general personal hygiene to reduce the spread of diseases. We provided sanitizing materials and awareness sessions, benefiting communities that lacked access to proper hygiene resources.
